i sat there in silence..

looking at my friends
chuckling and enjoying the water..
it splashed all over the place..

but i hardly noticed,
those tiny droplets..
of water on my pants.

i saw her approach me..
i was delighted.
yes, i sure am.

now, we both sat there..
in silence.

i was stopped
yet i was happy.
